 Hello and Welcome to Jonathan Russell Band.Com! Jonathan is staying very busy these days, with everything from large corporate events with his band and duo to clubs and private functions. He is very diverse in the musical styles he touches on. Many know him as an innovative blues man but he is just as well know for musical styles ranging from R&B and Classic Rock to 50's and 60's Rock and Roll and Today's Pop music. He has been nominated for two London Music Award's and is the Winner of a Canada South Blues Society Award. He has had the honour of opening up for some big international acts such as Colin James, Eric Burdon, David Wilcox and has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Holy Cole and members of the Canadian Classic Rock Band Trooper. He has branched off in many directions and is appealing to a very wide variety of people from college kids to the older kids. So depending on the venue, you can see some different musical directions from an evening with his band or duo.
